LAUREN JANE HOLLAND

Lauren Jane Holland is a TV-Scripted Agent at leading entertainment and sports agency Creative Artists Agency (CAA). Holland is based in Los Angeles and represents many of the world’s leading writers, filmmakers, and producers, including Suzan-Lori Parks, Lee Daniels, Tomi Adeyemi, Blitz Bazawule, Gina Prince-Bythewood, and Reggie Rock Bythewood.

Prior to joining CAA in 2019, Holland worked in policy and government, notably as a staffer for Congresswoman Maxine Waters in her Capitol Hill office. Holland also worked with BlackStar Film Festival in Philadelphia, where she was a film programmer and managed corporate partnerships. She also served as a programmer for Outfest.

Holland graduated from Howard University with a degree in International Business and Marketing.
